I've been with 02 on my mobile for years, but always opted to deal with my contract via the internet or phone. This year I actually went into the 02 shop in the Shires and asked for advice on my contract. The first time I went in there I was told of a better deal I could get, complete with a brand new phone, and told when exactly I could upgrade. When I went in there to upgrade, I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who switched my contract over and advised me on a phone. There was no pushy sales techniques, just a helpful service.
