These classes are yoga inspired gentle movement and breathing for pregnancy and birth . The aim of the classes is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time through yoga inspired exercises whilst improving your physical and emotional well-being and increasing your chances of a positive birth experience. The classes are run by a trained NCT antenatal teacher who has additional qualifications to run these classes. Anyone is welcome to attend - you don't need to be an NCT member or attending NCT classes, and it's perfect for 2nd and 3rd timers too.
