Weather Warning for Trowbridge and South West

Weather warnings have been issued across Trowbridge and the West tonight after stormy weather hits the area from the North. 

Winds are expected to increase in strength over the next few days and some areas should expect heavy showers. 

Driving conditions have got worse throughout the day and it has been advised for people to stay indoors. 

Higher ground is expecting light snow in some parts but most of us will experience showers throughout the night. 

Over the next few days, the showers will be frequent but less heavier, leaving a wintry chill in the South. 

Although the stormy weather is temporary, it may affect public transport during the rest of this week. 

Hopefully we'll see an improvement nearer Christmas.
