Pigeons have become a huge problem in Trowbridge.
Over the last few years, the two women known as 'the pigeon ladies' have been constantly asked by Wiltshire Council to stop feeding the birds as they are ruining some of Trowbridge's oldest and historical buildings.
The birds which are dubbed as vermin are flocking to the county town making the population of pigeons greater than Edinburgh's.
Like rats, pigeons carry diseases and with the number in Trowbridge, it has become a health and safety issue.
A third woman is to face her order on February 28, 2012 at North Wiltshire's Magistrates Court in Chippenham.
