Trowbridge Christmas Shopping: Top 10 Shops for Stocking Fillers

I love getting creative at Christmas and this year I'm buying small gifts to put in stockings. But it can be so hard to choose where to shop for the best gifts! Here is my top 10 places to get some fantasic stocking fillers this Christmas.

1.    The Toy Shop is of course an obvious choice for the children. Small presents to big presents, there is so much variety to choose from. This shop really makes my Christmas. 

2.    H.J Knee has great presents for those who are into their electrical equipment. Sounds like a weird place to find stocking fillers but I found a mini repair kit that would be perfect and handy for when things go wrong! 

3.    I always love to receive a gift that gives me the freedom to use it for whatever I want it for. The Body Beautiful do gift vouchers starting from £10 and the possibilities of treatments are endless. I would love to find a beauty voucher in my stocking! 

4.    The ultimate place for anything unique and quirky to fill stockings has to be in Etc Etc. Handmade goods, scented candles, hilarious Christmas cards, bath bombs…the list is endless! Be careful though because you may just end up spending a fortune on yourself in there! 

5.    If you are splashing out this Christmas, why not make it a glamourous end to the year by adding a nice piece of jewellery into someone's stocking? Sipsons has a great range of beautiful pieces and is a personal favourite of mine to buy nice things. Only do this if you dion't have a particular budget because the jewellery doesn't come cheap! 

6.    The Sweet Shop is fantastic to fill up the rest of the stocking when all the other gifts have been bought. Christmas is a time to indulge in the good stuff so why not buy a few tasty treats to treat everyone young and old?

7.    I personally think the market has some hidden treasures to suit everyone. I love the stall which sells lingerie, socks, hats and gloves. Who doesn't expect to receive at least one pair of socks this Christmas?! 

8.    Valerie Ann Fashion has some lovely things for the older generation's stocking. Earrings, posh scarves and lovely clutch bags are sold here.

9.    I went into Past Times the other day and found some great things in there too. The shop sells all kinds of things which is great at this time of year.

10.     Finally, New Look is always a fail safe option to finish off any Christmas shopping. I enjoy shopping at the Trowbridge branch especially now that it has moved to The Gateway shopping centre!
