New Year's Day Travel Disruptions

It maybe the weekend but there are some changes to travelling because of the festive period. 

Trains

Trains will be starting later than usual on Sunday 1 January 2012 but throughout the day will be commencing a normal Sunday service. 

Engineering works are still taking place around Bristol Parkway, so if you are travelling from Trowbridge and changing at Parkway, ask a member of staff about alternative travel arrangements. 

On Bank Holiday Monday (2 January 2012) services will be starting later and fewer trains will be running through Trowbridge than normal. All travel times can be seen at www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk.

From 3 January 2012, normal service will resume. 

Buses

On New Year's Day very few if any buses will be running, similar to services on a Sunday. 

Bank holiday Monday will see fewer buses around Trowbridge however there will be services running at various times. 

Normal service will resume 3 January 2012.
